Darshan: A Business and Productivity Android App for Offline Order Booking
Darshan by DARSHAN INCENSE is a free Android app designed for sales representatives of Darshan International to streamline the operations of order booking. The app allows users to sync their visit plans for the upcoming six days offline, view and log orders during their visit to the retailer, and create orders using offline available product and price master. The app also features the ability to apply schemes on orders based on purchase volume and scheme master. Additionally, the app offers the feature of unproductive and visit cancellation offline.
The app's beat plan is generated on SFDC, and the data is fetched on the offline app. All journey plans, beat planning, and linking retailer to beat are managed on SFDC, and all reports and dashboards are available on the online app. The app covers the following process areas: tasks, orders, and order detail. The task list is created based on the journey created by the TSO. Once the sales representative logs in, they can select the date on which the task list will be visible for them. The app also offers two buttons on the task page: Order and Unproductive. The former takes users to the order page of the application, while the latter is used when the sales representative is not able to take any orders from the retailer.
